Processing Time ("Baking" Time)
All Petit Série items are made-to-order or produced in small batches at our Hong Kong studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be "baked," inspected, and packed before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
Method: SF Express (Pay on Delivery 順豐到付). Shipping fees are paid by the recipient directly to the courier upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all Hong Kong orders over HK$300.
Self-Pickup: Available at our studio by appointment. Since we do not keep regular hours, please WhatsApp/Call us at +852 66859357 to coordinate a time before you arrive.
Macau
Method: SF Express (Pay on Delivery 順豐到付). Shipping fees are paid by the recipient directly to the courier upon delivery. Or Hong Kong Post (e-Express).

Taiwan
Method: SF Express (Pay on Delivery 順豐到付). Shipping fees are paid by the recipient directly to the courier upon delivery. Or Hong Kong Post (e-Express).
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
EZ WAY Authentication: In accordance with Taiwan Customs regulations, recipients must complete real-name authentication via the EZ WAY (易利委) app.
Required Info: We will contact you after your purchase to collect your ID Number (or ARC number for foreigners) and Chinese Name for the shipping waybill.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post (e-Express).
Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local government. Petit Série is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take great care in packaging your "sweets" to ensure they arrive safely, Petit Série is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
