Due to the small-batch, made-to-order nature of our digital craft, Petit Série does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions and "tasting notes" carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the "baking" and quality control of every piece. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect:

Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging.
If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or a store credit.
Handcrafted Characteristics
Please note that because our objects are created using 3D printing technology, slight variations in surface texture are a natural part of the process. These "beauty marks" make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
