Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and placing an order with Petit Série, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D models, product photography, and brand content are the sole property of Petit Série. Purchase of our physical products does not grant the right to reproduce, 3D scan, or redistribute our designs for commercial or personal use.

Product Representation
We strive to display our "digital sweets" as accurately as possible. However, as every screen displays color differently and 3D printing involves unique surface textures, slight variations between the screen image and the physical object may occur.

Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in HKD. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue "batches" at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Liability
Petit Série creates lifestyle objects and accessories. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of our products (including, but not limited to, improper use of incense or placement of mirrors near direct heat).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
